About the Silver Lining Blog

This blog was created for us to share our lessons and wisdom about life.  These lessons are often so hard-earned and best learned when experienced the hard and painful way, but by sharing and helping each other, perhaps we can make those journeys and transitions smoother and more rewarding.

I do believe there is a Silver Lining to everything that happens.  Our challenge is to discover and grow from it.  My talent is finding the opportunity for growth or gratitude in every situation.  My passion is helping to spark positive ripples in people and organizations by helping them to discover and grow their best selves.  I work with individuals, teams and organizations in higher education, pharmaceutical industry and the community. Click here to see how I can help you or your organization thrive!

My day job is as an academic in the health sciences, though my passion is in personal development, especially for students and faculty.  I am a certified in Gallup StrengthsFinders, Arbinger Institute, Change Style Indicator, Conflict Dynamics Profile, am a trained life coach and have a masters in applied positive psychology.  I am very grateful for the opportunity for us to share our journeys through this wonderful life on our amazing planet.
